Description

Feeling unusually low, fatigued, or struggling to concentrate? Low iron is one of the most common contributors to low mood and lack of focus, particularly in younger adults. The Mood Test measures your ferritin levels (the body’s iron store) to show if deficiency could be affecting how you feel.

Once your sample reaches our UK-accredited lab (Medichecks), a qualified doctor reviews your results and provides an easy-to-understand report. You’ll also receive practical advice on what your levels mean and how you might improve them.

This test is especially useful if you:

  • Experience frequent tiredness or brain fog
  • Notice changes in mood or motivation
  • Want to optimise your mental and physical performance
